My name is Alexa Young
Apostle Deborah Wrenn Jones now serves as the overseer of True Worship Kingdom Ministries. Having adopted the theme "To God be the Glory", Apostle Wrenn Jones recognizes that through every accomplishment of this ministry, God is to be given all the glory for it.
Called out to start a church in May 1995, Apostle responded obediently. As a result, True Worship Praise & Deliverance Church was founded and incorporated in February 1996. God took this ministry in a new direction, the name was changed to True Worship Kingdom Ministries, Inc.
Apostle Wrenn Jones retired from the federal Government in May 2004 after 35 years of federal service. This was so Apostle could give her full time and attention to the ministry. Apostle Wrenn Jones was reared in ministry under the tutelage of Reverend Dr. Lee P. Washington of Reid Temple AME Church, now located in Bowie, Maryland. She also served on the ministerial staff of Reid Temple for 10 years.
Deborah Wrenn Jones attended The University of the District of Columbia, Goddard College, and the University of Maryland-University College, majoring in Behavioral Social Science. She also audited Washington Bible College and attended the AME 2nd Episcopal District Board of Examination for 3 years. She was ordained in May 1989 by Presiding Prelate Bishop H. Hartford Brookings of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, and she was also ordained into the Office of the Apostle by Apostle Annie Easterling in October 2003. Throughout her years of service unto the Lord, she has received numerous awards and recommendations. Her past ministry involvement included: Here's Life Campus Crusade for Christ; assisting with the Prison Ministry at New Hope Mission; serving as a counselor for battered women and abused children at My Sister's Place; participating in radio broadcasts on WUST (Deliverance is Now); Creator of the W.E.P.T. Program for Women (Women Empowered to Pray Together); serving as Committee Chairperson for Christian Outreach Evangelism; Assistant Superintendent of Christian Education at Reid Temple; Prayer Team Chairperson and Deaconess at Union Temple; licensed missionary; founder of the Apostolic & Prophetic Move of God Training Institute. Apostle Wrenn Jones has copyrighted her first book, "Encountering God", which speaks to the “now” communication of God.
